Guys, First time poster, Longest stalker.


Hey there! just in a rut with this newly added feature. I want to test it out..

I have my backup'd disk on my pcs HDD.. Its saw 2..... i know :/ its just a test game really..

After using external for a while i wish to invest in a BR burner..

Do i need to convert the game folder into an .iso or .img? or just burn the whole folder to my dvd...

Not a noob, but new to this feature..

There is a tutorial on the forum how to burn it ( http://www.ps3hax.net/showthread.php?t=13247 ).

Those 2 folders (PS3_GAME, PS3_UPDATE) that are inside of the root folder of the game, and that 1 file, put on the root of the disc and burn it slowest as you can.

Lable of the disc doesn't matter, but i prefer to call it like the game id was (bles/blus etc).

But wait for the package that deank was mentioning.

Followed guide... works... kinda...

I have come across a funny circle within a circle in the middle of the screen... half green.. half white.... then it freezes!

I have tried with Virtua tennis 4 and NFS Shift 2, doesnt Work any of them. Virtua Tennis shows up a green circle, Shift 2 stops on 79% of game data copying.

UPDATE:

I have tried with Fifa Street 3 and it Works... I realize that this method It will works with games that dont requires Blu Ray disc into tray

Yep, that's right (for this moment).

But I wonder, will making that special package and installing it on ps3, will enable playing games that require brdisc in drive with only that copy in drive (supposly DVD DL with my Mafia2 burned) ?
