Just to be informed.

Is it correct to affirm that almost (let say all of them) backup(s) requiring 3.7x are not working on CFW 3.55 ?

I've attemped to run RAGE and FIFA 2012 on REBUG 3.55 with 3.70 spoofing but did not run.

I'd try to manipulate EBOOT.BIN (i've seen a Tutorial explaing how to run Cygwin) but i'd like to have a feedback by someone more skilled than me.
Will run ?

My guessing is that at the present time is totally unusefull try to run backup requiring 3.7x firmware.

Yes that is right, the only way you will be able to play games requiring 3.7+ is to, either update, buy a new PS3 for games higher than 3.60.

u did forget to mention to buy original release to be played on the new PS3 ;-)
