I am thinking this method works on games that dont requires install game data, but I am not sure, I am not at house right now so that I can not test

It works for:

* Games which doesn't require Game Data installation, or
* They install game data in different-than-game-id folder

A lot of games install the game data under:

(if ****##### is the game id like BLES00840 for POPTFS)

/dev_hdd0/game/****#####_DATA
or
/dev_hdd0/game/****#####_INSTALL
or
/dev_hdd0/game/****#####_USER

God of War 3 will not install on the hard drive. and does not work

I have read (not ps3hax, elsewhere) that God of War 3 works, also Fallout New Vegas works.

i had success with Burnout Paradise.

not working for me 3D Dot Game Heroes, Duke Nukem Forever, Apache Air Assault (returning to XMB) and Afro Samurai (wierd Brown-yellow screen nothing happens), FEAR (stuck on Black Screen)

By the way i have a question:

How do you Burn the Files with Imgburn, just the Files to DVD or first creating an image and then burn to DVD? (Thanks for the quick answer Wesyr)

I used Nero for my tries. For Afro Samurai i used Imgburn Files to Disc ISO + UDF.

Just the files (2 folders & 1 file), when You run imgBurn choose "Write files/folders to disc"
