When you have loaded at least 2 images you can press "a" to see the animation. I only worked as a jpg, but I will also add the DDS even if its creation is much harder in some cases.

What i mean by the raf folder is that is where all the files bg.dae, js and xml files are just like the sdk has them.

This is how i have my folder setup
C:\Themes -- all exe's in that folder
C:\Themes\raf\ -- .dae, .js, .xml, dds in this sub folder

when i load the app it says can't find bg.dae etc so put everything in one folder and it worked. but by having that raf folder it just keeps things organized instead of having 100 files in one folder.

Put all the images in the folder "/raf" as requested. Compatible with JPG and DDS. Dae files should be as in the "/raf"

is the display animation only for .jpg? i press it and nothing happens still.

It work for jpg and dds but if there are a lot of image it will take longer to load. (it loads all at once.)

I'm not sure if this is a bug the app wont write more then 99 images in the xml. when i press "o" it displays 99 when there are 101 images. but the js seems fine

I put 8 dds files in the folder it's still not displaying anything when i press "a".

also the app makes my HDD make a weird noise like its chewing the HDD or something.

The file you sent me is not after compilation? Okey I see a problem. I spend 10 to 100 and 11. DDS works with me but I'll look closest. Your hard drive makes a noise? Hum, this is not your processor instead? I do not copy any files and those that can be done and heavy is create thanks to raf tool. I will try to rectify all that.
