Does new TOS apply to dogs?

Looks like I'll never be able to sue the all-mighty Sony. Do you suppose the new TOS applies to dogs accepting the terms on my behalf?

Well, if Sony decides that apart from ignoring the precence of human consumer rights they want to ignore PETA too then I guess why not?

Their terms would never be able to hold up in court

1. Doesn't prove who accepted it in any way.
2. They violate SO many consumer rights..
3. When you buy a game there is no terms or terms explained to you or conditions that are shown.. You paid for the content already they cant later give you terms that make the purchase useless if you disagree..(because after you open the disc and play it you cant return it either.)
4. Then FORCE you give up basic legal rights...
5. If your a minor you canT legally accept any contract (with that said you cant sue parties either)

basically they say you buy our products you must give up legal rights..

Sorry but the law doesnt work like that sony.. those law are in place to protect consumers.;. not corporations who you think you should give up givin rights to enjoy their recreational devices..

Hell i would love to be a defendant against sony... in these circumstances..

Well then looks like I'm going to have to go Sony on one of these canines. I'm guessing the black one is guilty (no I'm not racist she just looks guilty) although the terrier has her paw on the control. I don't think the TOS will stand in court either especially when we throw PETA in the mix...

Yes...your dog has given up his right to sue Sony...but you haven't! Personally, I opted out the first time, but with 20 accounts, I decided that my cat would have to agree to the rest of them...a tiny little bit of tuna on the X button and it was done!

At least you don't have a cat with a taste for jumper wires...she won't eat a pouce treat, but she will jump up and grab jumper wires while they are still in the breadboard!

6 cats that like to do exactly what I tell them not to. Yeah 8 animals 4 PS3s in a two bedroom duplex equals chaos.

The way $ony acts makes me think $ony thinks we are all a kind of (their) pets, so it won't make a difference

Anybody knows how the ToS works if you own more PS3's? As long as someone keeps a PS3 with an older FW in combination with a PS3 with a recent FW he always can take part in a big lawsuit against $ony? Or do I accept the ToS for all PS3's I own if I accept it for only one?
