Yes, but to do so you need to have already activated DLC. You have to copy eboot.bin, act.dat/*.rif and IDPS from your already activated ps3.

@mckenziesdaddy I do know this PSN cracked DLC works on a non activated PS3 or activated PS3 either don't matter = after it is cracked it is just like a disc based game =no activation needed !
this is why cracked dlc has no act.dat ! This is why it is called cracked = No need for a act.dat for those who are wondering ... Kinda like computer software ,key checks are edited out/Removed/Patched .There is no activation key checks to stop the game or software from executing .. Similar & a example..

actually that is not a stupid question. i think that might be worth a shot. the only thing i could think is that maybee they use their own keys like in the firmware side or something.
