Ok I've been testing away at this and am the tester kamel is talking about..

The File Structure to get this to work is very basic..

This is how the game should be installed on your PS3 (I suggest Multiman's Built in FTP Service )

1. The Entire PS3_Game Folder from Madden 11
2. The Entire PS3_Update Folder from Madden 11

Now Change/Overwrite these 6 Files in Madden NFL 11's PS3_GAME\USRDIR to the same files from Madden NFL 12's PS3_GAME\USRDIR

Madden NFL 11 Versions

qkl_boot.ast
qkl_fe2ig.ast
qkl_interface.ast
qkl_misc.ast
qkl_ram.ast
qkl_stream.ast


to..

Madden NFL 12 Versions

qkl_boot.ast
qkl_fe2ig.ast
qkl_interface.ast
qkl_misc.ast
qkl_ram.ast
qkl_stream.ast

The game will boot just fine and show the intro movies the only problem I've had is that when you go to load the game and it auto saves the game goes to a black screen I'm working on fixing that by bubba's advice he suggested to change the PARAM.SFO file's Title I.D and Title to that of Madden 12 but I'm having an issue with it displaying a "Corrupted Data" message that he never experienced.. To change the PARAM.SFO you need to use PS3_SFO_EDIT because Notepad WILL NOT WORK

PS: I'm also working on fixing trophies but I need to fix the Saving Problem and the Corrupted Data Problem

no the only thing that diffent between games on diffent region is the eboot and sfo

Yes it is Possible

Some of the EA Sports/Motor Sports Games this COULD work on are..

PES 12
Fifa 12
NFL 12
NHL 12
NBA 12
MLB 12
Tiger Woods PGA Tour 12
NCAA Football 12

^^ These all contain the same file structure with identical filesizes on both the 11/12 versions

If I can get the bloody Saves working I should be able to get ALOT more games playable , bubba did mention he got another game to boot with this method so I don't at all see why it couldn't be used for all the above games I mentioned :o

Yes the only difference between them is the EBOOT and PARAM.SFO files. BLUS being US Region and BLES being Europeon Region. Will make no difference because bubba was using the BLES release and I was using the BLUS release and we both managed to get the game to boot. I only simply had the problem with the Auto Saves causing the game to show a Black Screen. Once this is fixed it should play just fine.

I've been trying to get a hold of bubba for some more information but he hasn't been on PS3HaX's IRC server and was having some trouble gettin onto PS3HaX.net and am still under the impression I was blocked for a short period of time. I've also noticed that PS3HaX staff likes to copy other people's ideas and claim they were the first one that discovered/invented it. I've counted out about 25 posts with stolen content and claims they own it. 1-5 being from actual PS3HaX Staff/Moderators , 1-5 being from High Post Count and Liked Users on PS3HaX Forums and the other 1-10 being brand new users outright stealing content. I would NEVER do that and all credit goes to bubba and kamel for this , kamel for posting the thread and guide and bubba for his method. If you want to give me credit for testing it , it would be appreciated otherwise I don't much care. Just please don't steal other people's content and say it's your own

You dirty damn liar and yes i will be blunt and call you a stinking liar, none of my fellow staff members steal anyone's work, one reason being they know i would rip them apart, the other reason is because they are decent people and have no need stealing other peoples work.
