Now Now if he happens to be under the age of 16 (which it seems) He could COULD take his moms credit card and buy a progskeet and then by a miracle have it installed correctly and dual boot between firmwares.

However this is probably highly unlikely but just throwing it out there like greg throws himself at men.

you should get the e3 flasher. that will do the job for you. but idk how to use it exactly as i have never had to.

Quick use of google and the search function would reveal some answers, in short they're chip dumpers/programmers. Usually you have to solder to the chips etc but lately I've seen the clips you can buy.

There are tutorials on the forum and around the net if you want to look for them.

3)Can I jailbreak my ps3 now and when the new MW3 comes out, set everything back to factory settings and start playing mw3 online with no troubles?

Also keep in mind games above FW 3.56 for the most part are unplayable on a jailbroken ps3 at this time.. This could change in the future.. But as of now Most games are unplayable..

Some are playable because Sony goofed up with some of the Game Updates are signed with old keys, which makes the games playable on CFW 3.55 ..
