i know quite a few people with xenons both jtags and non jtags that still work fine, same with zyphers(same mobo just has hdmi), if you take care of your **** it will last(just ask vipermm about the xbox of mine he has). if im going to lower the price im going to undo all the mods i did to it(case, fans, flashed drive, ect...) i have looked around and just a xenon jtag no wires, mods, hdd or controller will run you around 180 so with everything i have done to it i am well within the price range

when you factor in
jtag(xenon) 180
case mod most people charge around $50-$60 we will say 50 for sake of being cheaper
vid cables $10
psu $15-$20 we will say 15
controller $25
20gb hdd people will charge around $10 i paid $6 for it so we will say $6
4gb flash drive are like $10 now(was like 12 or so when i got it)
fan was $8, hdd mount was like $5, cable for hdd mod was $7, switches $9(for both not each) leds $6
oh and people charge around 45$ to flash a drive

so lets add that up 180+50+10+15+25+6+10+8+5+7+9+6+45= $376 give or take a few bucks for price differences

That's true man, plus you're a good member...I agree with most of what I see you post on here. You're throwing in a lot of stuff with it...the Jasper I got is bare, not even a HDD so when I compare it to all your extras, I think the price is about right for your xenon.

I agree about treating your stuff right but believe me I do, my setup has some rare modded consoles and none are in cabinets etc but I had my xenon jtag since 2006 and used it a lot before it began to freeze (only froze twice but I have left it alone since). Stupid Micro$oft.

Anyways hope you get a deal on here man, jtags are awesome.
