Which are the problems of Service Mode?

The factory/service mode of ps3 have any problems? Like saving games or running games or homebrews?

All games work, some may appear to have some bugs or glitchs, depending on FW also.. In FW 2.XX days, the first time we heard about service mode if not wrong, a few games worked but bugg, invisible walls, caracters.. Rayman had a lot problems.. On 3.41 and 3.55 and also 3.72 is working fine... Comment on the thread if it works well or not, and feedback Thanks.
