Ah! But you are all forgetting that for those in the USA installing and agreeing to the TOS of 3.73 renews the agreement, as if it was a totally new agreement.

And so this renews the Mandatory Arbitration and so everyone will have to send another opt out letter!

Hopefully it does actually make the ps3 games more stable, I crash at least once a day when playing games. On bad a bad day ill crash 7-8 times only happened this much since 3.72 update. Usually on a while tho 10-12 hours when i crash alot. Only really happenes on single player games/mode. Online i tend not to crash to often.
