no it will not. all the spoof will do is block unwanted firmware updates. if you update the game it will make it unplayable.

When I run the .4 update. I fixed this by running recovery mode and just telling it to restart the system then it installed without hanging. Thx for the reply though.

I have a CFW 3.55 installed in my ps3 slim but I dont know what CFW bcoz I payed for someone install it.
I want to know if I can just update to OFW 3.55 or should I format first then install OFW 3.55?
Other noob question: if I spoonf to 3.72, all games will work fine in multiman?

you dont need to format when you flash. if you follow the guide in my signature that will put you on kmeaw 3.55. also the spoof will not allow you to play newer games it will only block unwanted firmware updates.

Everything was going great for the past few days. I decided to turn off Fake Save and it wipes my saves and now I'm getting this "Registration of the trophy information could not be completed. The game will quit.(80022D11)". I'm having my second thoughts with Rebug.
