No, you'd have to rewrite a good portion the game itself to get it run on a PS3, since it use a different processor, with different architecture, and with different instruction sets. It's not that simple, sadly.

With all due respect, an ISO is just a disc image, it doesn't have anything to do with EBOOTs or Window games at all, I can have an ISO with just plain text files. Windows games are not same as PS3 games, and they don't have EBOOTs, so I don't know why you say "ISO - EBOOT" from Windows PC game.

Anyway, the only thing I can say about your theory is that is almost impossible (like 99%).
