This is probably fake.
he wrote these things in a thread on how he obtained the 3.72 keys:

Exploit works out and copys keys to an external USB storage device (was a bit horrible but its ok), it actually copies it in the .bin format... so you open it with a hex and its fine,also it gives names so you wont get confused

Now, if he found a way to get some "keys" from the PS3, he should know that he can't see them or found them on a simple dump file. they need to be calculated.
so which is the problem? two random variables. without them you can't do anything. they can't be obtained.

Another thing is Exploit is actually HARDWARE hole... so it means ITS NON PATCHABLE,like Xbox 360 glitch.. or some.

any hardware exploit is patchable by software (an example was the old exploit)

the old exploit was a software exploit... hardware exploit is something like the new glitch hack or the jtag hack on xbox 360. Microsoft hat to revise their manufactoring process to close the whole.

no. fail0verflow exploit and geohot exploit were hardware exploits.

ok when it comes to things like this i am the biggesst sceptic of all but looking at this i draw 1 conclusion this "seems" to be real but the method he describes for getting the keys is far off the mark my thoughs on this? someone else got the keys and doesnt want the heat

Simply put the easiest way to prove that what you have is real, pass it along to a trusted member of the community to vouch for you. I doubt this is real or it would slowly make its way out

No, they were software exploits. There were no hardware modifications made to the PS3.
