I'm afraid you've made a mistake in judgement, I don't deserve an infraction for 'racism' because I was not being racist.

When I wrote 'You Indonesians' I meant it like the following examples bellow.

'You Americans' 'You Germans' 'You Brittish'.

I was referring to nationality, not ethnicity.

I'm sorry I wasn't more clear with what I meant.

Obviously nobody here has ever heard of the saying 'When you assume you make an ass out of you and me'.

I was being polite and respectful despite the fact of being upset I was given an infraction based on someones assumption of what I meant.

Nothing comes through crystal clear when it comes to writing things on the internet, I've been on here long enough to know this for a fact.

If this infraction isn't cleared up even after I made an appology and explained myself in the correct manner I'd say the head hancho needs to pick better mods because wrongful discipline is an injustice and you mods are better than that.

This site, is better than that.

there was fair warning in that thread about insults based on their nationality.

their nationality should not have been brought into it at all. you basically (as well as others who have also been infracted) labelled the country as scammers.

racist was the closest i could find to the "correct" term. if you can let me know the correct term i will be happy to change the reason but you did insult them based on nationality

I'm pretty pissed, just put yourself in my shoes I meant no harm by what I said and I'm being punished for it. How would you feel?

I'll respectfully accept my unjust discipline because its not like I have a choice (I seriously believe PS3HAX is the ONLY reliable scene site I can visit)

Yeah I insulted them but they were also insulting a lot of other people in the thread it kinda ticked me off so I let my poor judgement get the best of me.
