#1. Downloading said games, without a legitimately purchased copy, would be piracy... This forum does not support piracy. So you shouldn't even "technically" be talking about downloading games.

Ask your questions in a subtle way to avoid being yelled at by the all-mighty omniscient moderators. LMAO.

Yes, you are correct in your assumption of why they're available to download now. Most likely, those downloads are used for archival purposes. When someone finally does publicly release the 3.6+ keys, some developer will probably create another eboot fix/modification program;thus allowing non-devs to play 3.6+ games on their CFW consoles.
