Stop posting things with Math's name attached. It just starts flame wars and nothing he says is of use to anyone but himself and anyone he is talking to privately (ie devs). If somebody really feels the need to post some irc log or whatever just ******** out his name or something. He isn't posting this stuff here directly (thankfully), so there isn't much use in c/p 'ing it here for him. It just causes issues.

You can't have everything.
Before PS3, most consoles required you to open it up to hack it and nobody complained about it.
Of course if you don't have the skills to actually mod a console, you should stay on OFW.

Noooo, because swastikas are COOL and stereotypes are NOT. Swastikas originally represented PEACE not bull$hit propaganda. I think what we are seeing is intellectual conversation being derailed on account of this thread being on the front page. It is also for this fact that I believe we are seeing a lot more members asking questions whose answers can be found through the forums. We are seeing members who are into the scene when big news like this hits and expect for the results to fall into their lap instantaneously. Instant gratification has become something to expect when dealing with the current generation.

I don't know if it is on account of laziness, stupidity or a lack of maturity, but a lot of people don't search the forums before they ask questions and then get offended when they are asked to. Waste of server space if you ask me.

It might be productive to create a thread that is not on the front page to share ideas, although I imagine the devs who are actually at work regarding this information are already doing this through PM or email.

Noobs download, install and complain when the CFW doesn't let them play 3.6+ games because they didn't read or inform themselves via search and of what they should/can and shouldn't/can't do. Ironically, then they come here and ask people, "why can't I downgrade from 3.66?" Hang on...if you couldn't read up on the topic in the first place, how are you expected to READ the advice that others provide to you.

Noobs: Search is your friend. You'd be suprised as to how much information you'll obtain if you bother to find out the information yourselves. You used Google search to perhaps find your way to ps3hax....so you're probably no stranger on how to broswe/search the web...i think...

Sorry, I know the above is slightly off topic...but as a long time observer, some of the noob questions get a little tedious. How many junk posts could be deleted from this thread by ridding them of the 'i installed 3.66, can i downgrade' style posts?
