All this is whack. He should give not only 3 million, but 20 million to Haiti, China, and if I am not mistaken, East Coast of Peru. All these countries had strong earthquakes. Hell, China had a tsunami! Instead of saving all that money up, he should get his lazy ass up and help the God damn country!

Well said @iDelete , Turkey had an earthquake a couple of days ago, the death toll is 300+ , also it was Japan that had the Tsunami, crap happens all over the world, its nice to see people think of others
