Worked on Resident Evil 4 HD and Resident Evil: Code Veronica X HD, finally, I really wanted to get rid of them from my internal...
This though didn't work with the idea I had to try to install a game on an external.
I tried it with GTAIV and it came up twice with an error code then it told me to quit the game and remove the installation data.
Will try more...

well it is quite strange. I tried with multiman 02.09.00 on kmeaw 3.55 and stills not working.

do you have bdemu2 installed ?
on the xxmb on multiman go to settings go down to BD-ROM EMULATOR
what does it say ? if its not hermes switch it to hermes
(if that works let me know so i'll mention it as a requirement)

if that doesn't work as i said try iris manager

yes, I do. hermes payload is selected on multiman. anyway, I'll try iris manager.

I'm following all the steps that you have listed. When I try install the game pkg (in XMB) it does not goes to external hd, but to internal.

I just try install iris manager and when it is opened, an error related to payload map table occurs. I think my cfw is not patched with lv2.

What do you suggest? I thinking to install rebug cfw.

on multiman are you sure that you checked the ext game data on the game options (so it's filled) of any game then load that game but don't start it you install the .pkg files then play the game (the game when you put the ext game data on it must be usb game)
because it seems you haven't got onto the external game data

turn on ps3 go straight on to iris manager do not try any other app
and see if you still get the error

Edit: I'll be improving instructions and adding requirements soon

Edit2: are you sure the games are being installed to internal instead of external ?
