I can't see how you can say most people come here just to download stuff and look for 3.70 cfw. I mean there is a large number of us on this site that are working on other things for the ps3, I guess you have only been to the gamesharing and similar threads. There are threads on here that don't even have anything to do with games. I do know that what you say might be true but it kinda pisses me off when someone just comes out and say it.

i know that ive said what u just did to many mant other people , i was just saying only geohot only good he has done is get normal other so removed , the otheros we got now is way much better , . i use otheros more than games os on my ps3 , and because of that im turning my ps3 in to a laptop .

Well, I'm going to download RE:CVX HD so I can find what CAPCOM did on this game with it's data, I'm really curious.

Also, actually for those who haven't thought of it, practically (not technically), getting PSN exclusives on CFW is not exactly the same thing as getting a Disk Game on PS3 pirated.
Nobody from Sony asked me if I would like to get those games legally, I want to enforce developers, I should have been able to have my choises but since Sony doesn't allow me to, that's a trouble Sony should face with publishers and developers, it's none of my business...
If Sony and the publishers/developers that work with Sony they sell their products through an ill-fated service that on top of that I'm forced to accept it's TOS that I dissagree, then there is a crime just a step before me doing the crime of piracy, think of it as a timeline, they did the crime before me doing one.
Publishers and Developers are/should be aware that there are costumers away from PSN only just because of Sony's madness, and this is something that is inevitably going to get worse by time. This causes them like the double money loss from the old-fashion-type of piracy since people are technically forced to pirate their games in order to play them.
Developers and Publishing companies should start to trim Sony's swagger over videogaming scene, it's just enough, it's not a joke anymore, people start to feel justifiably no shame on pirating games.

i would have to take a educated guess and say that a backup manager is for backing up your games that you own. ie keyword "backup". now if people upload their backups and people download them then yes its piracy.
