So my question is this, Would this have anything to do with purely running an app off internal HDD like Multiman? Do I need a Bluray drive working in my machine to run Multiman???

Sorry to post here, but no one can answer my question. I have two ps3's, one of them has a broken logic board, and the other one is missing the whole drive, including the logic board. My question is-can i just replace the logic board on one PS3 with the remarry process, or do I need a whole drive? And on the other one I know I need tho whole drive, I just don't know what drives and what logic boards are compatible. My ps3's are both 40gb fat
PS.I already told you that you probably have a broken logic board, that's why you can't run any .pkg's

yes if you replaced your logic board you have to re marry it and then your apps and such will work.

Do you know where to get, or at least the names of the files I need to remarry? That post has dead links. Another thing I was considering was to try Kmeaw REBUG. Do you think that would make any difference?

What about the logic board? Do I need to replace only the logic board and remarry it, or do I need to replace the whole drive?

I still am not sure that this is the problem. It seems that the whole logic board issue is about getting discs to work in CFW. Is this something that could really result in me not being to run Multiman from my internal harddrive!?
