I don't dislike him...I don't know him.

I do dislike his music...but I dislike most rap unless it is ironic and making fun of rap (certain ICP songs are very funny).

He has no talent. He sounds like hes crying on half of his tracks. Now dont get me wrong I dont mind what others listen to, as Im sure theres people out there that don't like the music I listen to. But in my opinion hes just overrated and completely talentless. There is also claims he doesnt write his own music; based on his freestyle I wouldn't doubt it.

I like him to an extent. More than a lot of other rappers. Some of his songs are good, others just annoy me. :S

Now, my main genre of music that I like is rock. Rap is a minority in the music I listen to.

Honestly I don't hate his music all that much, I mean I will listen to it if it cuts on the radio but I would never add them to a personal playlist. Me personally just hate music about sex, drugs, money, hoes, and all that dirty stuff. Im not saying rap is all about and only about those things, its just that most of the mainstream rappers rap about that kind of stuff and I have come to hate rap with a few exceptions and because lil wayne is a rapper I guess I kinda grouped him in with the rest. And I also agree that he has no talent. Rap mixed with other genres with a lyrics that makes one motivated or feel/sound good is a rap I like, for example "Written in the stars" or "we made it", those songs are definitely on my playlist.

Like I said Wayne is not my style of hip hop but I think for that style, which is clearly popular, he is good. I think his newer music shows more talent than his previous work to include that freestyle. However, I do not think it is fair to judge talent by success. For example George W. Bush was #1 in the country for presidency for 8 years. I think it is safe to say wayne knows how to play the game well though...
