/rant
No, but if it has /rant in it it usually means that the poster is saying he is throwing his teddy a wee bit so don't take it to heart etc.

I had no idea the scene had an undercurrent of selfishness to it. I genuinely thought devs behind the scenes released everything.

Pity, really.

so true, isnt the whole point of the scene to share your finding and hope someone can utilize it or expand upon it..

and then if someone else finds something one of these devs know already and shares it.. these devs completely pull the rug from under their feet and try and get credit for someone else find.. that kinda thing is why there is no new devs.. why even try if your credit is gonna be taken by someone who doesnt even share..

the famous line "I found this months ago"

****ing discuss or fight for things that matter! not a stupid eboot for a game... its what this scene is about a stupid eboot for my downloaded game, oh i am crying cause someone released an eboot! i didn't see you crying when someone leaked the SDK that was important **** i didn't see you crying when cex-dex was leaked that was important!

go back to your warez games and circles of signing fselfs and have fun... leave people alone...

and again thanks moogie for all your work

Listen, Maybe there is some truth in what some people say. that they was waiting to release it until it was finished.

Think about dean. Dean is a dev that likes to test things before releasing it to the public to avoid annoying users of whinning and demanding him to fix what he is already trying to fix.

think, if you released this, everyone would be bothering you while you try and finish it. " Hey it freezes! " " Hey! Can you fix Batman" " Hey are you going to do it again for Saints row and skyrim? ". and have you guys skimmed the multiman threads lately? I believe the public is getting on Dean's last nerve. I believe we are going to strain dean more and more until he throws his hands up and quits.

There will always be things hidden from the public, and some info should be with held from the general public. and only given to Devs, so the public does not work itself into a frantic mess. Not knowing what to do with the info that was shared. The per_console_key_1 and per_console_key_n comes to mind. Most users do not what that means or how to even start. I believe that the normal user will do more harm then good with loose information. They could brick there machine or get into trouble with out some restraint on the info that has not been shared. This is why I believe in the wiki. the info gets to the people it needs to. As long as devs are kept in a loop, then end user will benefit eventually.

I try not to get involved much because of the drama. But just have some respect for the devs out there. or we will chase them all away.

Not trying to step on anyone's toes here, got mad respect for alot of the people that has posted in this thread. All I am is saying, lets just take a breath and wait and see what happens.

i love the fact that the publishers are not making a drama out of this.
after all, its THEIR eboot that was leaked

@DIHY fox , multiman is a complete homebrew creation from scratch. this eboot is not. who has the right to say that nobody is allowed to have a cracked file apart from the creator of the original file?

b1tching about its leak is 100% hypocritical considering how it was obtained and the purpose of its modification

lol they ass clowns didn't want peasants like you and me having this eboot.

The same ass clowns that hated on PS3 Scene developers for NOT releasing SDK's and methods to put the PS3 into CEX > DEX, are the same hypocritical scum that are hating on moogie.

Try thinking for yourself and not hanging on the words of someone bitter because the eboot was release, someone that felt cool because he had something no one else had, someone upset because he isn't special anymore.

OK, I see my post was a huge laugh.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.
JB2 is a dongle used with "special" games burned on BR, which have a fixed eboot.
To make a fixed eboot you have do decrypt it with 3.60+ keys ?
Somebody that doesn't want to make a profit of JB2 has released a
fixed eboot that doesn't need a dongle with another encryption, if the JB2 dongle is for that.
Hope you understand what I mean.
