I've known Sabin long enough to know that he is honest and trust worthy.
He has never lied to me and is always candid with his opinions.
And that's what this is about: Broken Trust
There are no good relationships that can exist without trust.
I have never spoken with Belmondo (but would really like too someday!)
Yet everyone should know that there is absolutely no reason to doubt what he says.
He puts up where others should shut up.
I would never leak crap or break the trust of anyone over a game.
Hacking an elf/eboot not so easy... signing one correctly fairly easy...
It does not constitute any -real- work or analysis...
Breaking the trust of the people who do the work and involve you out of courtesy is extremely disrespectful
and is at the heart of what is "wrong" with the scene.

Hacker, Tester, File Provider just be happy to be involved and enjoy the good credit for your involvement when it comes.

That does not serve as any kind of proof. I can easily say I created the PS3 and Sony leaked it and it is proof enough of me making it.

saying that it would have be released in a few days. Obviously to get it properly tested and to work out bugs (chapter 9 game killing bug anyone):P which is why moogie had it in the first place :P clearly he couldn't even work out how to test it so had to leak it.

If there's another person behind the hack he (let's just assume it's a guy) obviously isn't interested in proving anything to us... I'd also be disappointed in anybody who is so easily manipulated. Maybe it's not your intention, but I imagine more than a few, in order to play the game, would dare the mystery author to prove himself.

To be honest, I would actually love for there to be a hacker on the ps3 scene who isn't trying to win some popularity contest.
