I haven't played U3 yet, I was busy with Battlefield 3 on PC. But I will try it later today and I'm pretty sure the diary thing is going to work. I just put it in my PS3 to see if there was an update 1.01 and there is no update available on the retail PSN network.

The game is officially out in europe since october 28., Sony pushed the release a few days forward.
I have multiple sources playing it on ofw and there is no retail update out.
