So I just get

I've tried 3 more GND wires, shorter wires and 5V on Teensy... i belive my ps3 needs an kick

NB! Guy's, who use NorWay, please dont use FlowBuilder or any byte swaper, because because its not needed. There is the main problem here on patching :D

So, i Downgrade Successful my PS3 Slim with 3.72 to 3.55. Big Thanks for Help @all . I can only try with 5V. Today i write the NOR 10 times or more :P

My last problem is, i cant do two different HDD with two FW. like...

3.72 - OFW - 320GB - Toshiba
3.55 - CFW - 320GB - Western Digital

I have on the OFW HDD all my Files. i want lose them. I dump first the OFW for my HDD A than I Try to put out the HDD A (OFW) and put in the PS3 the HDD B (CFW).... i install on them the OFW 3.72... dump the NOR and Downgrade....after them i dump the NOR CFW for HDD B.... so than i put the HDD A (OFW) on the CFW Rogero... he want to Update on 3.72... i do them... after them my HDD A with FW 3.72 is startet.... i dump the NOR OFW.... than if i write the CFW and Put the CFW HDD.... the PS3 dont start... currious is that the LED ist not red or green, its off!...

How i cant fix my Problem?

Have you ever done or thought about doing a dual nor with a switch? Im very interested in this. The dual NOR concept seems easy enoughg by piggybacking it on top of the original nor, lift the #CE leg, attach a switch between them.


The only problem is i have no clue where to begin on putting FW/flashing that new NOR. If you can help me out with some noob friendly advice i would really appreciate it

Guys , my dumb is byteswap . how can fix it ?
is it any software to correct it or clean nand to replace some hex from my dumb to repair one like xbox ?
or hex software to move column and replace column by another to correct it ?
is it possible ?

i have the same problem with my ps3 slim but i use 3.3v regulator

3.72 - OFW - 80GB - Fujitsu
3.55 - CFW - 320GB - Toshiba

when i'm on 3.55 and swap on 3.72 i have to reinstall my ps3 and same when i would like to swap to 3.55

i use a third hdd (seagate 500GB) for reinstall my ps3 on 3.72 or 3.55, i don't want to lose data on 3.55.

If i would like to use 3.72, i have to put the seagate 500GB update to 3.72 and swap with the Fujitsu 80GB.

And when i would like to use 3.55, i flash the nor with the dospiedra v2 patches.

Use 1st and 2nd stage Lv2diag on the seagate 500GB and when finish swap with the toshiba 320GB.

You can swap easer:
1. Dump NOR when it work`s with 3.72 firmware with fujitsu HDD;
2. Downgrade it with dospeidras v2 method with seagate 500GB;
3. Dump NOR when it work`s with 3.55 firmware when it works with toshiba 320Gb;

To swap it to 3.72 - just flash 3.72 dump and change HDD to fujitsu;
To swap it to 3.55 - just flash 3.55 dump (not dospiedras dump, Your dump after full downgrade) and change HDD to toshiba;
