Yeah, I made sure to install the game correctly, and there is no pushing of select. The chap 11 is not working either, I'm beginning to think there is another issue.

Anyone else experiencing lag or slowness during playback of movie cutscenes? The audio would proceed normally-ish but the movies have trouble loading fast enough.

I've tried to mess around with the camera.txt and i found out, that if you delete some lines in this file, the game starts with camera.txt.

Maybe someone can find the right line(s) that causes the game to "hang" in the loading screen.

Maybe someone see an logical error in one line and correct it.

I don't know, its just an idea, don't flame me for that.
I thought it's worth it to waste some time.

Would be cool if more people try that, cause i am getting tired from messing around with it since it has so many ways to edit it.

Hopefully the original creator of the hack will be able to fix the problem. The problem is with the modded eboot itself not the actual game.

If moogie created the eboot, then he has left the scene, so I would not expect any updates from him.

just finished the game...

no freezes after chapter 11 (unless you open up the journal)...

if you need the journal just look at the walkthrough videos on youtube and pause when the journal is opened...

both of the saves worked for me on 3.41 with E3 dongle and multiman...

i put them on my usb stick and used the ps3s save utility to copy them...

I'm on chapter 14 or 15 at the minute, and the journal hasn't been needed again after chapter 11 so far. As I get to the puzzles I'll upload the journal pics.

Moogie did not create it hack. He just released one that was given to him for testing by an anonymous cracker. The beta was not suppose to be released before the bugs were ironed out. He even states this in his twitter page. However the original creator of the eboot is working on a fix, hopefully in a few days.

Note the "If" at the beginning of my post.
Please stop the arguments over who created it. I do not play the games, so I do not care. And if I did, I would just be happy that something came out to help me play it. What I do know is that the mods are probably sick and tired of hearing people argue on this topic.

The fact of the matter is, we have no clue who created it other than moogie signed and released it. Everyone is going on a rumor that someone else made it, there has never been any factual evidence to back up the claim that I or anyone else has seen. Personally, I would just enjoy the game that I otherwise would not be able to play at all.

If you can provide a link to the twitter page he says that on, I will gladly eat my words. Still though, my care level for this patch is almost nonexistent other than I am happy the scene is moving at a faster pace than before.
