hi there i copy all psarc files to my hdd but when i try to use psarc.exe nothing happend i use win 7 64 bit os, i also try using abig psarc.exe (about 370 kb) and i got this error i

I'm in Canada and planning to buy Uncharted 3. Can anybody confirm if any of various fixes (automated, original, or nobody fix) work on the US version, I guess it is BSUS98233?

This is actually not necessary. I left the PS3_UPDATE folder intact and everything works fine.

You really should delete the update from the folder, its a waste of space.
