i agree it took me about 3 days to find out everything i needed to root my htc wildfire and flash with a custom rom, would of saved me loads of time if i could of searched here and asked lol. Theres good bit of mods and cracked apps for androids now and a section would be handy though only if people used it, why not have a poll to see how many people have androids and would use the section. i only got my htc wildfire a few months ago and since then ive seen many more people going to android and ditching there blackberrys. Androids the choice at the mintue now as £500 for a iphone is just crazy and most dont fancey a 2 year contract either.

There was a smartphone section, for iPhone/iPad/Android, its what members asked for, but when it was here, it was never used.

Well since many users now want a Smartphone forum, which means it will be used. Maybe even frequently.

Before we implemented the SmartPhone section MANY users REQUESTED it, MORE people that are talking about it now, the damn thing WASNT used..... |

Most of the time I redirect to XDA Developers if it comes to Android, for me an Android forum on PS3Hax isn't really necessary

XDA really has a monopoly on this sort of thing...there are other forums, but 99% of everything there either came from XDA, was developed by XDA, or links directly back to XDA.

Meh, whatever. I'll just stick to Android forums than. Besides, no one here is a dev for Android or iphone anyway (at least I don't believe so).

Problem is the many different models. I tried to help Crystalwolf lately with his new Samsung Mini but it works different to my Galaxy S. So I had to search on XDA too for the answers. Not very useful for us both. If $ony had that much different Playstation3 models with different options as there are Androids, PS3Hax wouldn't have any other forum as Playstation3
