hello my name is big_russ. now im staring this thread to see who like's sony
and who hates sony.and the reason you dont/do like them.


ok let me start i like sony cuz free psn.that is all my like

now i hate sony cuz it's like you have a baby that wont stop crying.sign this sign that update this update that and the new tos stink's.

ok thats my rant now i like to hear what you ppl have to say.

i dont hate sony, i just hate the individuals that work for them who come up with these half-assed decisions.

i love their products and their support is (usually) very good too

I don't really hate sony, just the people who want us to have no say in a little customization and creativity in a console.

Sony are a company, they don't even rate on my hate/love scale, much more important people to hate (Exhibit A: John Terry ). I like their PS3 system but don't particularly like some of their policys with regards to it.

As above. I think they make great kit but the way they are trying to control everyone is most certainly not to my liking.

I don't like or dislike Sony. They're just certain people doing a certain job in order to make a certain profit, just like everybody else in the world. Maybe I wouldn't like them too much if I was forced to use their services and pay them but since that's not the case and using a PS3 is my own choice, I don't have any "feelings" towards the company. In fact, since I grew up with Playstations, I must say I'm even impressed with the fact that this is the first Playstation they actually managed to keep away from piracy (well at least to some extent, ofc).

Also, in case you hate Sony, just imagine you work there and that stuff like game sharing, CFW, game fixes and patches, True Blue (haha) have a direct impact on your job security, your salary and your quality of life. Would you hate yourself? In the end, it's just a matter of perspective.

I like Sony.. insofar as that they offer up a common enemy for the scene to unite against. At least in theory.

I really don't like it (hate is such a big word) $ony thinks they own the PS3 console(s) I bought....

I think the $ony chiefs have expensive cars.... how would they react if the manufacturer of their car would tell them they don't own that exclusive expensive piece of shhit but only license the use of the car....

Lambourgini chief: no no no you don't.... didn't you read the 600 pages ToS that came on the dispay when you started the car for the first time?
