Your folder structure semms to be ok, the folder paths i mentioned that were wrong are on the original files from Ucharted.3.PROPER.FIX.KMEAW355.READNFO-Nobody, so if you just dragged and replaced the USRDIR folder from that original version of the fix to your USRDIR game folder it will copy the files that need to be replaced to the wrong folder

If you have done all of this have you tried to start the game from external with multiMAN before you extracted the psarcs? If do multiMAN would cache the big file to the internal HDD, if you have done so on the XMMB go into the Settings column and select Clear Game Cache Data and delete the file for Uncharted 3

Just to say, it is finally working. Thank you all for your help. My external drive was corrupt, although windows said it was FAT32 the PS3 had it showing NTFS, formatted on another computer re-copied the files and all is good. Sorry to have wasted your time but thank you for all your help .

this has been a headache for some ppl and for others not for the last cpl off days spearzy, mines running fine apart from the odd freeze up mid game, ive now deleted the pak23 folder (this is all after doing the patching) and have put the 8gb psarc file (split into 3) back in main/build folder, im gonna let MM cache the big files internally and run rest off external. I do think it depends on different ext drives out there, some can handle all the files, some cant

People do get games early you know, why should we moan at eachother? One shouldn't make assumptions about whether or not someone actually has the game.

hey guys my file splitter to split the pak23.psarc but it still splits them to like 4.1gig what am i doing wrong
