Also.. does anyone else but me have weird bugs??

i just got to the level where drake leaves the cave he falls into.. when he gets out there are jeeps are people.. well, first time around i had nothing outside, no animation movie etc.. and ijust couldnt do ****.. again i had to quit and relaunch the game, and only then i saw the cut scene and the people and i could move straight on through the window i had to..

i dont know what ive done wrong

I ve tried many fixes and i must say my fix is the best.Because with the last fix i have the same freezes on the horse.
I make now my fix with i havent any problems.
