Ok dudes the fix is uploaded on bitgamer,i dont have the game to test it out but will report what people with the game say or if anyone from here has the game and is member on bitgamer can check the fix out,cheers!

It is a eboot from the demo. Fingers crossed that it will work for the full game

Lots of people confirming this fix working, albeit without the ability to save at the moment - let's hope a proper fix gets released soon.
