I suggest (and Im sure this may have been tried before) is that if the dongle is correctly reverse engineered that the exploit and any CFW that becomes of it be only given to moderators and members have to PM to get it.

Hopefully keeping sony in the dark on what the exploit is so they can't fix it as easy, who knows maybe this would solve nothing.

Initially they said only 3.60+ games with their special bdr disc would work and that your previous homebrew and ps3 3.55 and lower games would still work via HD. Then right around the time uncharted and BF3 was fixed they said you can now use regular bdr's and put 3.60+ games on HD with firmware update to dongle.

You suppose that Sony won't buy a dongle for themselves and thay won't reverse it themselves? Don't be silly. The exploit should be public. It's the only reasonable way for the devs to move on without having to guess what the exploit is about.
