IP banning is hopeless in most places as a lot of people have dynamic IP addresses now-a-days. the easy way would be to report this offence to his ISP and get them to block him from using the site. (they can do it)

The third of these developers are already adept and always share their work and give us the complete files to rely on ourselves

And the rest are failures
And refuse to share their work with us

No one comes now and tell me why I do not do it myself
Not everyone of us is talented
Let's admit it. We really rely on some talented people to open the door for us
But instead, they are throwing us crumbs
Look. The last files that get it are leaked
This is proof that they keep these files only for themselves
So what can we do

why is it that no one can see my way of thinking on this situation? There is a reason why people don't bring stuff to the light (bugs, unfinished, pointless, not of use to common guy, family problems etc...).

You know why in my opinion do you honestly know why it was not released to the gulls. MAYBE BECAUSE HE WAS WORKING ON IT AND DECIDED IT WAS OF NO USE TO ANYONE EXCEPT HIS PRIVATE BUNCH OF ACTUAL DEVELOPERS OR HE WANTED A REST!
You don't think he was actually hiding it, keeping it to him self do you? I don't think so. you know, it actually makes sense if you take a step back and think about it. Leave the devs alone and just say thank you and give a donation here and there didn't your parents ever tell you NOTHING in life is free and if it is it's stolen or junk.
These people have family's they don't just program awesome code just so you can pirate your games (face it that's what people do) They don't just drink Pepsi and eat KFC all day they have jobs, kids and not much free time. If Math didn't want to share, how come he shared it with the person who leaked it? maybe it was just a WIP (work in progress) by Math. He didn't wanted to share the whole QA flagging thing also but in the end he helped other persons to find out how it works....
