just use cfw 3.55 to enjoy some free games and when you finish all the cool games that work on cfw 3.55 update to 3.72 and enjoy online gaming thats what im gonna do

what do you mean this guy always promoting the crap flasher, ive told him to go buy another ps3 not the flasher you mad man. ive advised i wouldnt go for the flasher as it has gave people alot of heart-ache that he could advoid by buying a second ps3 for online play.

But wouldn't Sony find out that once I had jailbroken my Ps3 and ban me from PSN and such?

i could JB it, play some games, test it out then upgrade its FW to latest version thus unjailbreaking it and go play online.

Would I be banned from PSN because I once jailbroken my PS3? Can they tell if it was jailbroken before?

I really want to be sure I wont get banned from psn.

you should be ok my bro and friend updated fine but it was to 3.72 think its 3.73 now, but nothing happened to them they made sure to delte all homebrew and games before hand tho.

if you format your hard drive sony wont ban you

many of my friends upgraded to ofw 3.72 and they format the hard drive and now they are playing online just fine
