Did I just really see 36 pages of people being mad at math for doing something that he has given us all the tools to do but we are being too lazy to do it? There's no doubt that math is a talented Dev. Is it truly fair for someone to be mad at you and rip you a new one about something that could land you in jail? How many of you out there are really ready to go that far? The damage is done. Maths not releasing anything so get off the band wagon, haters.

That advice is only good for those who are sincere in wanting 1 of 2 things though.

1. To help the scene.
2. Stick it to the corporations and retaliate for guys like Geohot and Graf_Chokolo who got the shaft from Sony corporations.

The devs generally want to help and have a similar mindset toward corporate business and their deceitful practices, and then there is Matthew, he just wants to be an attention whore.
He got that and when the scene forgets him he'll troll again and it'll be posted here as news and they will champion his trolling, but if you bite back, you'll get banned.

Keep that in mind.

That might be true if he had given us any tools...the only release he has done since the days of the dongle jailbreaks (which he didn't release) is the leak from last week that he didn't want in the wild, which won't do this.

There actually is a lot of doubt about his skills at this point...he hasn't even released a credible video of a fake firmware like you can find all over youtube. He might have skills, but he hasn't done anything to prove it.

At this point the only thing even pointing in the general direction of proof of skill is this joke of an attempt at proof; generally scams are done better than this.

Also, am I the only one getting tired of people saying, "If you want it, just do it yourself"...and then not doing it themselves? I tried his leak from last week with his instructions and it didn't work. I don't claim to be an expert programmer, but I know I couldn't get it to decrypt LV0 of 3.73, in fact I couldn't even see anything that might have been useful for doing so...if you can do it, please do.
