I have digested all this (mis)information around all the latest exploits and actually I will save most of you some time that would be spent reading garbage, rubbish, trash or litter, pick your favorite word.


I will refrain of commenting any of this until someone actually shows something that really can be considered groundbreaking...or close to that.

All you can see is tweets, tutorials and printscreens of something that was accomplished but no one has seen any proof of that yet which takes us to the same place that we were yesterday, the last week or months.
To be honest, at this point, I couldn't care less if I can't play all the latest releases and stuff as long as I can use my homebrew. If I can't play MW3 in my PS3 I'll go and buy the PC version, if I can't play Skyrim in my PS3 I'll go and buy the PC version, I won't be buying any of the latest games for the simple fact that I can't play them in a CFW machine because I DO BUY the games I play.

@mathieulh just to make clear, you don't give a **** about what I think and (nowadays) I don't give a **** about what you think as well because I really thought that you were a ****ing genius (I really did) until these latest developments and all this ****ing drama. You don't owe anyone anything but I really start to think that you don't have anything at all. I'm starting to think that all this is just vaporware. I might be wrong but honestly I'm starting to think that after all I might not be so wrong as I thought I could be..


All my respect goes to all the devs that work for the community and share their hardwork with the unskilled people, because not every single one has to have skills in programming.

If don't at least we can say that we have tried.

That screenshot is no "proof" whatsoever. I think he's just screwing with us. Otherwise he would have released it already. What's the point of making a tool for it and then never release it?

There's no reason to believe anything until there's a fully working CFW available for download...

This thread sucks.

It's very hard to release solid POC of an exploit of this manner without having Sony at your door. The code is copyrighted so posting it leads to lawyers at your door that resemble Christopher Lee in the Dracula movies. He cannot post keys from the exploit because the same thing would happen. As math already said posting the hash's of the keys does nothing because currently we have no way to verify them. So the build number he is providing is the only real proof he can provided ( no matter how weak it is). The image is just a bull**** image of his tool. If it's a tool that provides a simple function don't expect a gui and input options.

I ACTUALLY believe since you've given a very thorough explanation on how to make the exploit to work (no irony here, believe me), but according to your twitter images you already had found the exploit by May, so if you had released the exploit by then, even if it was in an anonymous way, perhaps now we'd have the PS3 fully opened, but NO, you need to get the fame and say "I WAS THE ONE WHO FOUND IT" and then you get mad for these exploits being leaked and say you leave the Scene and then you simply won't leave and I tell you why:
