LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL, horrid game on PC really? This game on PC makes it's console counter part look like a joke, this game is so great i own a copy for PC and one for console. Anyways maybe the game isn't your style but that does not mean it is a horrid game by any means. Also it sounds like to me that you don't have a decent computer and are hating on Skyrim because of that and that the fact there is no eboot fix for PS3 xD

1. you might not ever get linux back
2. you might not ever get homebrew back
3. you might not ever get backups back
and that stupid game will always be there.

You said it yourself. There's a possibility after updating that you can get your precious homebrew back, so I don't see what the problem is.

As for me, I'm 30 hrs into Skyrim. That already says something because I would never put that much time into a... homebrew game. Or Linux. Because they aren't fun. They don't interest me. For the lack of a better word, they're boring.

When I had my CFW, all I did was play backups, except I was hindering myself because I couldn't play online and I lost Netflix. I was doing the exact same thing I'd be doing on OFW with CFW, except I was missing out. No point in having CFW for me. No point at all.

Tell me kamel, how much are you enjoying your CFW machine? As limited as you might be, I'm sure there's something you enjoy doing, besides... waiting for EBOOT fixes, key decryptions and promise-after-promise.

OP: All I'm saying is, you can enjoy a AAA game without waiting for another's handout, however long that may be... I'm sure you've already experienced the effects of how long you might be waiting for... Anyways, it's an absolute masterpiece.

You make a great point, I was just thinking to myself, what do I actually use CFW for? Its main use for me is backing up my games to HDD so it's not a hassle losing discs, changing discs etc. Other than multiman I can't think of many things I've actually used homebrew for, one or two HB games and a few emulators maybe but not at any length.

I'm gonna stay on CFW as I don't have the money at the mo for new games anyway and I won't be getting any in the near future so wont need to update yet. Unless a new CFW comes out (or a way of playing 3,6+ games) after Christmas I may be tempted to go OFW though, just to catch up on the games I've missed out on.
