Quite frankly, if anyone, Dev or otherwise posts anything with a virus in it, it should not be made available for download. Even if it's been cleaned, it's been infected deliberately to bugger up folks PC's.

Either it leads the way to 3.73 cfw and it was infected by accident, or it was infected on purpose, shows another way to not do 3.73 cfw, narrowing it down for devs. Seems like too much effort for anon0 to do the second, but either way, it is useful for devs.
