as some of you may know, the xbox360 is having a little hard time with the silent release of unique per console dae.bin, i notice, that the scene is divided into groups, and those groups are pretty united, they work together and stuff,

ok my question is why the hell the PS3 scene is full of crap, and the only thing that matters is the ego and profit, is there something to be done, i dont know, its kinda weird to me how the PS3 scene works, its in complete dissarray.

whats your opinion on the subject? thx

its all F***ED untill we get some talent who wants to release his work without credit so he remains hidden from sony, then the ps3 scene would be the best thing since slice bread lol

I do not think so. The only reason it took so long for the PS3 to get hacked was because the ones that could hack it saw that there was not real need for it to be hacked.

exactly since ps3 provided everything we needed already with other os being a huge open atmosphere on the ps3 y would u hack but stupid sony really should've never removed that feature(at least that's what they must be thinking right now) btw they did jb that dae.bin that microsoft released in 36 hours. and as far as ps3 vs 360 scene i think that the 360 scene is far more open and ahead, HOWEVER you must keep in mind that the ps3 scene is really afraid of $ony and they have to be. who wants to be sued at these risky financial times? microsoft is sooooo much lax than sony and that allows microsoft to focus on improving the product and not simply launch update after update just to keep hackers away. and ofcourse 360 hackers benefit since they can just release their work without fear. that's why developers like math and other very talented individuals prefer to keep their findings to themselves.

Well I would not say the 360 is more open then the PS3 since nearly all PS3s can be downgraded to an exploitable firmware, but a 360 can not be downgraded unless there is something that I have missed. I know most 360s can get the glitch hack done but from my understanding the Phats can get an update that stops that and MS has already released another slim revision that possibly can not be glitched. The PS3 actually has more stuff for it that I use, that has been released that the 360 does not have anything that compares to it, like showtime for one example. If you just look at the homebrew side of the consoles then the PS3 is far more open then the 360.

And i heard that if u go to xbox live u will be banned and unable to play games?

been a while since I followed the 360 scene but I'm pretty sure you don't get banned if you stealth your games. The problem lies with people not playing safe, or playing games that use securities that have not fully been hacked yet.

The 360 scene works well, and I hope the PS3 scene will as well after a while. But I find it mostly unlikely. Everyone can softmod a PS3, even kids... *looks around* hacking a 360 is more difficult, the needs for these skills makes the average xbox scene member more adult.

People don't flame as much at the devs in the xbox scene when the latest security measure hasn't been hacked yet. If the PS3 scene keeps bugging the people who do the hacking then they'll end up losing every hacker in the scene. Ending with no scene at all. Don't forget that flaming doesn't motivate people to work for you. But kinds don't understand that.

for a minute i was like wat da hell is a kind? but i finally got it that you mean a kid. i'm not nitpicking ur writing just found it funny and yea ur right if this dam 5 yr olds keep flaming devs we'll be left with no devs and the end of the ps3 scene i think we shud automatically ban (temporary) ANY member that downgrades a dev's tool, homebrew or information because at the end of the day without devs there's nothing here to look forward to.

ohhhhhh i thought jb a 360 was easier since i've read thousands of post saying: "there's never any update on playing newer games!" or "no psn? this scene sucks" or even "man when are devs going to release a new cfw" finished by "i'm going to the 360 scene and play all new game fk this scene" it really iretates me to the point where i just want to shove my foot up someone's rectum but i guess 360 aint so great.
