I can not totally explain the details of it but, it basically causes a glitch that in turn allows unsigned code to be run on your 360. Just google "Reset Glitch Hack" and you should be able to find more details on it.

Yeah I agree. Over at Xbox-Scene if a user is post post some like "this is useless" or any other attack on a dev's release a few things might happen to that user. They might get a warning, suspension, or ban basically depending how the staff feels at the time. Normally there are not that many problems like that there. But like DrWho198 basically said there are more "kids" in the PS3 scene. One thing I keep hearing that I think is funny because most of the time the person saying it just makes their selves sound stupid and that is "Code or STFU" and the person saying it has never coded anything in their life.

lol, yeah... they probably wouldn't even recognize a simple batch script. You could give them any piece of code and they would believe it is what you say it is.

Thats dangerous, you would start a banning spring like on that other forum who's name I try to avoid. You get even more scene drama and thats just what we are trying to avoid.

yeah that is definitely funny. they don't reliase the hard work that goes into developing a ne cfw. i took a computer science an overview class last semester in college and even though i ended with an a i walked a way with a feeling of that s**t aint for me i liked everything about computers but programming is very tough when they got you doing some advanced stuff (not just making websites or adding #s) but making dynamic websites straight out of code and developing sequences in code and making code do what you want it to do.

ez just ban ppl creating the drama and move on. its really annoying scrolling through post after post having ppl flaming like theres no tommorow. if you banned all those ppl you would be left with a more mature, cleaner, grateful scene and better environment around the scene. and a happier dev community since they know we got their backs if they release or not, cuz at the end of the day the devs have already done more than enough

Yeah, well I try reasoning with them. Explaining why their comments are incorrect. Sometimes it helps in that thread, sometimes it doesn't. But its hard to reason with kids or people who don't really read what others have to say. Pretty frustrating.

yep it is. especially for a guy like me that doesn't like to wait or make others wait not a very good personal trait to have. but i've always believed that if you don't know somenthing you either ask or don't ope ur mouth at all. so it makes me angry when i see ppl in their first or 10th post flaming devs and wish i cud personally send them a msg saying U'VE BEEN BANNED BIA*** lol. and this might be off topic but i find it weird how we're talking through a machine i wonder what it would say if it had feelings(random thought of the day lol) but dang is almost 2am and i'm still writing my research paper(4pgs and 4 more to go sigh.....) one word of advice procrastinating in college is NOT the way to go.

I totally agree with DrWho. ppl in the PS3 scene (can we still call it a "scene"..?) are not even able to read enough about what they CAN and what they CANNOT do with a jailbreaked PS3.
Just an example: E3 released a solderless NOR Clip some weeks ago. So what ppl do read is "downgrade from 3.7x" and "solderless" and you know what? they buy it immediately. After successfull jailbreak you can read hundreds of threads, where the kids are asking, why they're unable to play FIFA12 and all those new games..

So imo alot of people in the PS3 scene stopped using their brains - they simply download everything they find in some fu##ed up russian forums and brick their PS3 without even knowing what they were doing. And that's just because they're all too horny for JB. Every single release needs a "step-by-step" guide.

If there will be a CFW on 3.73 for example, almost no one will donate anything to the devs. And as soon as sony releases 3.74, people who have updated and are unable to use the CFW will flame the fu## out of the forums / devs. That's how it works - flame/download/install/flame

But thank god there are some exceptions left

i dont know about you guys, but all that behavior from 5yrs old, or trolls or whatever you want to call them got the scene as it currently is, devs just wont work on this anymore they just dont care, and i think thats exactly why some of those devs made TrueBlue, so now every single person that want to play new pirated games will have to pay for the dongle. theyve sent a message saying something like: "ok you flamed us, you keep demanding as you were paying me, well its ok, now you will have to pay me for my work and my skills and for my piece of hardware"
