No, well not that i know of, and it's kind of convinient wy. The files were implanted with trojans, why on earth would anyone try it. LOL

As much as i also love to say that math is an attention whore and he is a psycho, he is pretty good at what he does and know the Ps3 well. And if he say that, this eploit is useless then, he probebly is right!

I've tried to follow every "News" the past few weeks here thus reading almost every Single post. I've come to the conclusion: 90% are flaming and hating, 9% are posts like "so we get CFW within the next 24 hours?", 0,9% are posts like "now has anyone tested this?" and 0,1% are REALLY important. So, 99% of all posts are USELESS, and I'm really getting tired of reading almost everyone of those posts, trying not to miss anything important!
But since this is my first post, let's try to contribue:
Has anyone tried this yet? I think I read somewhere before that, beside the noob-Trojan, these Files are indeed useful... At least for something...

but then again like u said hes a psycho, witch means he can lie... I think all devs should take all information in consideration.

I tried this method last night just didn't understood it. When it got down to the "IP Address to 192.168.0.100" I didn't know if i had to change the ip address on my pc or ps3 ..

this is for devs, not for the average user. I'd say stop messing with it because its already clear you have no idea what you are doing.

I am a dev, am pretty familiar with dumping nand on 360/ wii and i don't find this even to be possible to access LV0/LV1 with ObjSuites. If it was that easy don't you think the scene would have been had a keys for 3.6x .... "yea get muted kid" Back to work i go

So, from what I did understand, this "thing" brings your PS3, which should be on 3.72, into some kind of recovery or something, and then allows you to give the PS3 any command then these commands get executed, which actually needs lv0 access, or something?
