And I talk about legal actions to devs like graf_chokolo, not about legal actions to normal users. These legal actions affect us because the devs stop working on the PS3 or go underground. That is why this release was anonymous also, so talking about legal things in combination with this release isn't to far of topic.

If all what you're saying you know for a fact is definitively true. ( which you obviously don't, see your own quote up there more specifically line 6 ) Then why do you as 'moderators' even bother posting this as front page news. You should instead keep it to yourselves, fully research it (that includes checking for malware ext...) Then make it front page news when you found something useful and when you can post what it will help to do definitively instead of "most likely". All you do is create a space for hundreds of people whining for pages on end. Plus the key point to this leak is NEW sig files. I repeat NEW sig files they (i don't want to spoil anything) may be the main component here... If you are a moderator do what your title says and moderate these pages.
