Sony does not give a rats ass about homebrew. What they care about is homebrew that leads to piracy which worries their investors and developers. That is the reason they do not want homebrew. No matter what kind of sales it would bring, it would tarnish their reputation.

The tool is ment for those who will join the VITA scene as a little sign that you are not alone ;-)

Crawl out of your holes and come up with your tools and research, guys!

I hope the PS VITA scene will not **** up as the PS3 scene did over the last months cuz of the piracy infected environment.

If you ask anyone who was with the beginning of the PS3 scene it was much more fun without the commercial sense behind it all.

Without this **** it would even have saved many talented people of a lot of trouble.

Nevertheless I hope to see the good guys back @ VITA!

They have destroyed their own rep. Look at how they "handled" the Annon saga >_< unencrypted cards, details, housing addresses. & what do Sony do? ..Here have some free games :D .. D : im afraid it doesnt work like that ....

That isn't true. They removed OtherOS when there was no route to piracy, thus attracting the people who created a route to piracy. Then they spent a fortune on lawyers and bribes to put away Graf for writing Linux drivers, and they didn't bother DeanK at all for writing multiMan. Sony only cares about stopping freedom; not piracy.

The route to Piracy was available back in 2006/7 with Paradox and Ferrox.
