What does an EBOOT fix do if you still need True Blue - PS3Hax Network

New EBOOT releases are trickling out, such as Portal_2_EBOOT_PATCH, but they say True Blue Dongle is still required. Doesn't an EBOOT fix mean that it's playable on a certain firmware without a dongle?

Well yea but if the True Blue sellers just release an eboot fix..they wouldnt sell any of their dongles ..i thought that was kinda obvious lol

they release eboot fixes for true blue dongle because the game was already released by other group, so in case that some1 downloaded the game already just need the patched eboot instead downloading the whole thing over again. and theres of course traffic if you know what i mean

and its not just an eboot in the download, a couple more files with it...
