Hello, sorry for my very bad englis, and...
.
.. and thank you for your software that... hmmm.. .seems to be very usefull when I will know how to use it.
LOL

Well, I have an hacked PS3 60Go with OFW 3.41.
I've just updated to 3.55 OFW then, to Waninkoko V2 3.55CFW.
After that, I've installed Multiman v02.09.02 BASE then FULL and try to load a game without any success (black sreen, nothing or frozen game or ...).
I don't use neither any PSJB dongle nor BDEMU because the 3.55 CFW Waninkoko v2 include payload and "replace" dongle.
I use an orignal BDRom Game for loading backups.
I don't understand what is wrong.

Must I have an original BDrom in the drive or not?
Must I use an external HDD/or USB key?
Must I .... ? What can I do to get this working?

Best regards.
Kasi

Just a quick question, If I update a game through Multiman does it identify if the update is safe or will it quite happily update even if the update will break the ability to play?

MM will only download updates for games up to 3.55 or 3.41 it will not download any update higher then 3.55,so u don't need to worry abouth accidentally installing update with 3.6+ keys no more

Dear @Kas i,
First I suggest you update your PS3 to 3.55 Kmeaw or 3.55.2 Rebug. To make multiMAN work on 3.55 Waninkoko v2 you have to 'finalize' the PKG using the package_finalize.exe that is included in multiMAN_[EBOOT_FIX]. But it is general opinion that Kmeaw is better.

Second: you just need to install multiMAN 02.09.02 FULL and BDEMU v2. The FULL already contains all the files in BASE version.

Third: You don't need an original BD the drive for all the games. However, some games need it. So it is better to leave an original BD in the drive, and you don't have to think much when you start a game

Fourth: Most of the games work with the default settings (all game settings off). However, some games require the game setting 'BD-Mirror' enabled and play them from external HDD to avoid the 'Black Screen'. e.g. Call of Duty games.

Fifth: 3.56+ games require special fixes: some need a 3.50 update patch, some need EBOOT fix, etc.

@aldostools
Thank you very much for your fast reply but I have some questions about the Kmeaw.
I've read that I have to downgrade to OFW 3.55, then upgrade to CFW Wutangrza then Patch geohot then, finaly, CFW Kmreaw or can I just upgrade from Waninkoko v2 to Kmeaw 3.55?

Regards

Edit: Well... i think that forums that I've read are old. So i'm downloading the kmreaw CFW 3.55. It's about 170 Mo... So i think it's an OFW3.55 patched with kmreaw? true?
If it's ok... I just have to downgrade to OFW3.55 then uprade to kmreaw 3.55 and then install BDEMU v2 with the BDEMUv2_355.pkg

Edit 2: Ok. I've successfully installed the Kmeaw CFW 3.55. Then, installed multiMAN v02.09.02 FULL (just this pkg file! I need to install another file from RAR archive?), then installed BDEMUv2 355 (pkg file) successfully too.
I've got my Medal of Honor BDRom (original BD GaME!). i've inserted and copy it with multiMAN.
Then I've ejected the disk and try to run Medal of Honor... => black screen. Do you know if MoH needs a disk?
... I must be stupid. I will initialize the PS3 and try with fresh install. But before I need to transfer all iso games to my computer.
But if some one have an idea???

hi dean,
multiman is capable of opening zip files when reading roms, right?

It would be really cool if u included the feature of extracting archive files on the File Manager

I'm not sure about MoH (as I always have a disc inserted), but in general, it is recommended to leave any original BD game disc inserted.

If you only have one BD disc, and want to try the backup of that disc with the original inserted, it is difficult to say if you are running the original or the backup.

If the black screen persists, go to multiMAN, press SELECT+START to go to File Manager, move or copy your backup to the x:\GAMES folder on the external HDD (USB). Then start the game with [SELECT]+.

Note: The [SELECT]+ enables the BD-Mirror option in Game Settings.
