A good idea, but over analyzed in my opinion. Too many things can go wrong with it, people taking offence, and can get very messy.
I like the idea, but, afraid it would go nowhere/lead to more drama. Nice try though!

Well I wanted to add a "Groan" or "Dislike" button a while ago, but many people here said that would lead to more flaming/trolling etc..

Why make it anonymous? I mean if it showed who disliked the post then maybe it would prevent abuse. If it was anonymous then you would have members just stalking other members or staff that they did not like and hitting the dislike button on every one of their post.

But seeing the post would lead to a pattern being noticed. Then again i agree it could lead to Drama and Backlash drama.
