yes, there are. they removed the first downgrade.bin from homepage. i'll upload it, but it will take some time

so to anyone who don't trust this: i have no intentions on breaking someone's ps3, i only want to help to get rid of these "e3help" posts cause this thing holds at least one thing they promised: easy and fast downgrade.

some question to the brick fix: do you had a solder point/pad on SBE? on my softboard were none and i have two of them. are there different revisions of e3?

I guess that noone actually has a solder pad on SBE, at least i didn't see anyone till today.

I soldered Nor Tri State to SBE, otherwise ps3 wont boot. Thanks again for your V1, I will give it a shot! Cheers

thanks for clarification. thought i got an old one. duh.

so is this for real ANY ps3's bios? i thought if flashed different bios you mess up syscon or sth.

As i stated in my post above, i think that this is wrong information from the thread starter. i guess it wouldn't make any kind of sense, if you could simply flash a bios backup from another PS3 for example and land on a working 3.55..

i could be wrong, but im pretty sure.

ah, c. this could be used maybe as a selfmade dualboot way. it would be more interesting if the other one works...
