It just crossed my mind, why someone like you, who is clearly against pircacy wont hack the drm **** TB dongle?

Pirates making money with pirated games

and

Sony wouldnt care if you hack a pirate drm protection and release their keys

(well i guess you could replace Mathieulh with the name of any other scene dev who isnt involved in this shameful development)

So how about putting an end to this ps3 scene sellout?

I'm sure he would rather pirates have to pay than give it them for free.
Psjailbreak had other uses apart from piracy, that is probably the main reason he helped.

Math is certainly not a pope LOL, and he already helped a lot and got his reasons i believe, we just need the underground scene to show us what they are hiding ^_^, they are prolly many things the public doesn't know yet,
it's like being part of the "Scene" They got all stuff we need but they only leak what they want to the public... that's why all scene releases aren't available to anyone... same stuff in ps3...

The only problem is that the people who can hack the TB are the very people who created it so don't expect too much help with it.

Even if Math could hack it and get the keys, he still wouldn't release anything...he would just post to taunt everyone; that is what he likes to do best.

I got a funny feeling the TB dongle has a lot more "PEOPLE" involved than everyone thinks, if u think about it, there are a few BIG groups now releasing games that ONLY work for TB, so they must have been bought out, cos if they knew how to crack the games, surely they would release the info and we could reverse it, but no, they keep putting out eboot fixes for TB ONLY.
Whoever is REALLY behind TB, they got a fair bit of money, time and know-how , they also have the contacts to keep people from giving away their secrets.
The only way I see TB being hack is by a "no-body" stumbling across something in their code that blows this who thing open, if any dev so much as hints to knowing something, I bet a big fat cheque (or paypal transfer, lol) would land on their door to keep their mouth shut. It didn't honestly take that long for the original JB to be hacked, cloned and put into CFW, so why isn't this the same? Only time will tell!!

Well according to devwiki math did "try" and almost all the info he posted has been proved not true, go Here scroll to bottom and read what he said. For every TB dongle that sells the scene devs may as well be behind it because there is some sitting on stuff that could kill the TB in a heartbeat so one would logically assume they are some key devs behind it OR the TB guys have just out smarted them with a to difficult algo protecting the dongle.

Seems weird to me that they hacked the ps3 and cannot manage a dongle's security......
